Can't create secondary email account

Whenever I fill out the form to make a new email account, it either loads forever (doing nothing) or I get an "internal server error". The username checks out, the password obeys all the rules, and I've tried on multiple PCs/browsers/laptops, same problem every time.

Hi @vikki-m, I assume this is using My Account is that right? Has the issue since been resolved or do you still need a hand with this? -Scott

Yes it is through MyAccount, and it still doesn't work.

Yes - I have the exact same problem i.e. An internal server error has occurred..

How did you go in resolving the original query in this thread that was logged a month ago?
