I wish to cancel my "Wireless Broadband 500GB" month to month service but as best I can establish there is currently no way to do that. There is no self-service option to cancel, the chat centre is closed, and the phone system specifically says not to stay on the line unless I'm in one of the priority groups.
My plan is to stop paying the $80 for that part of my bill from next month. The device is already off and won't be used. This post is the evidence of my cancellation request.
