Hi @DIDI,  Do you have more than one device accessing your OptusNet accounts?  I had a case a while ago where one of my devices had an old password and it kept attempting to connect - after a few bad attempts it blocked access.  Just and idea...

Thank you for the suggestion ,  it would make sense and I'm surprised that no one at Optus could come up with that.  But  I don't think that is my probolem. I have three devices and I have changed the passpords on all of them at the same time.  They are all recieving at the moment. Touch wood. :lol:
