Just today we can’t access certain websites via Optus NBN broadband, such as Facebook.com. Many sites are fine and Speedtest is all good. Have tried different browsers and different devices. Optus have said no problem at their end and referred me to premium support for $90! Any ideas please?

Experiencing a similar issue. Good speed. Some website load perfectly such as Optus, Apple, Linked IN. But many others don't such as PVoutput.org, SNL.com, societegenerale. fr, and the list goes on and on. Changing browser do not help.
