We've recently ported to Optus NBN from Optus Cable
Calls to our included landline from my Optus mobile come through fine, but other networks (Telstra and Belong tested so far) get a "This number is disconnected" message
Can you advise?
That would be some kind of glitch between the networks that needs cleaning up as an aftermath of the completed port.
