Caller ID

Hi I'm wondering why all calls coming in on my Optus home phone are displaying as private number when they are not set as private. Unable to call anyone back because of this.

It happens from time to time when you connect a new service or make a change to an existing one. Jump onto Live Chat and request them to make the change within their systems - http://yesopt.us/chat2us
