Cable not connecting

Hi,

I’ve had an issue with my cable internet since Friday morning, we are getting a “no internet” error on our computers, on the router we have only green power led and flashing down stream led. I’ve reset the router multiple times and no luck. I’m at my wits end. If anyone knows please help!

@PJH2370 Do the computers connect to the Internet via Ethernet Cable or WiFi?
Are the computers Apple or Windows OS? 

I am an Optus user.
