Cable modem reboot

I have a CG3000 or maybe a v2, sometime my security cameras dropout and I need to reboot modem, is there any way of reboot the modem from overseas or something in the modem software where I can schedule a reboot once a week went overseas.

There isn’t such functionality, it suggests there is possibly a problem with your connection.

not sure if there is such function in the modem. How about getting one of those smart power plugs with wifi access for cutting the power at a particular time of the week


Or one of those semi smart digital power plug 


Or a dumb power plug
