Cable installation

Hi,

I was supposed to get optus cable connected to my house today.  The tech didn't show and when I phoned to question pre-activations team, I was informed my appointment was cancelled by the technicians.  Supposedly there is something wrong with my house (old 30s shop/ house conversion). The crazy thing is there is an optus overhead and junction box on the wall, I've even paid an electrician to install the cable in my house. All that needed to be done was to hook it up. 

The pre activation person past me over to sales to book another appointment, but the sales person said it would just be cancelled again? No one could get me in contact with the technician that decided I'm not worthy! 

Any advice on what I can do? Pretty frustrating!!
