I have an optus cable hanging in my yard as it has disconnected from the power pole out the front of my house. I do not have an optus account but someone previously has as I had a wire running from the pole to my house. I have been completing the online notification form since 12th January with no response even though the blurd states for non urgent requests the turnaround time is 48 hours. What do I have to do to get this cable removed from my front yard - and house!?
