As of yesterday, without notice, my Cable Broadband has been disconnected.All payments are up to date.
Very frustrated that the technical service line is not answering and chat is off line. Is this the best optus can do?

i can't contact tech support and also found online chat not working.
I just received a message back from my complaint on the Optus website.
