Cable connection stopped

Hi All

As of yesterday, without notice, my Cable Broadband has been disconnected.All payments are up to date.

 

  • The Online light on the modem is not on
  • I can't get anyone from optus to help me.
  • We are without Internet
  • I have a student finishing year 12.

Very frustrated that the technical service line is not answering and chat is off line. Is this the best optus can do?

I'm having the same problem but with ADSL

i can't contact tech support and also found online chat not working.

I just received a message back from my complaint on the Optus website.

They told me to PM them via this link, with name DOB, account details
