Cable broadband outage

Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing a complete drop out of all internet services using Optus cable at the moment? I’m in Lane Cove in Sydney.

 

I’ve tried a few times to get more information from Optus but am unable to get past any automated replies. Can anyone at Optus provide any information as to how long the current outage will last for?

Since posting, have you noticed improvements? If you're still experiencing issues, you can check out any outages on our service status page.

Thanks for getting back to me. The outage was resolved late morning on Sunday and now working fine again
