Cable broadband internet dropped out frequently and very slow in Epping/Eastwood area. Browser is getting "server not available" error 8 times out of 10. Connection to the workplace keeps dropping out. This happens for a few weeks but getting worse since last week. Basically, I have to switch to use Telstra mobile broadband on phone. While the government requests people to stay home, how can we work without a proper connection?

There is a known fault in Eastwood. Please visit our service status page and click on the Fixed outages tickbox and enter Eastwood. From there, click on the Report your fault here link to receive updates.
