Hi,
I've recently moved in to a newly established unit which previously had a house which had been subdivided. The property before subdivision and the establishment of the units had Optus cable available.
When moving in to the new unit I was told that only ADSL was available.
After looking around I discovered that there is a communications pit on common property with three conduits - 1 per unit and 1 32mm from the street.
In this case - can cable be provided to the premises?
