Hi, I have been having trouble with Cable Internet Speed since I joined, constantly bad speed and drop outs. I have called the optus technical support team to solve this issue, but it has not been fixed for few months and they said they can't give me exact timeframe to fix the issue. What they were saying they can see there is a network area issue, but to fix this, it might take a day, months, years etc. So is that mean I could also stuck with this slow speed forever if I'm using Optus Internet service? Oh! there was an another suggestion from the technical support team and their manager! "PLEASE CHANGE YOUR INTERNET PROVIDER TO SOMEONE ELSE, BUT THERE WILL BE A CANCELLATION FEE" I'm now regret to change my mobile and internet service to optus.
Hey @jaylol - very disappointing to hear of your experience. Have you been given any fault reference numbers we could take a look at?
I've had a scroll through the remarks left under PR - 18080610. It looks like the issue stems from Network congestion.
