Does anyone else have continual problems with internet speeds and cable internet regularly dropping out in the Werribee, Victoria area?

Is this a recent change in circumstances or has it always been happening?
What sort of speeds are you experiencing?
Are the speeds ok off peak or just slow between 7pm and 11pm?

I don't have access to the NBN yet. There's no routine to when the internet won't work. Sometimes during the day, sometimes in the evening and sometimes after midnight. It's extremely frustrating.
And resetting the modem doesn't reconnect? It just goes out for x minutes/hours?
Are you using wired connections?

Resetting the modem works sometimes but not always.
I have a mixture of wired and wireless devices.
