CANNOT PAY BILL ONLINE

I cannot pay my internet bill online, I organised direct debit but that only came out once -.- this is incredibly frustrating..I cannot acsses my internet account or pay bills.. I don’t want to call up and do it or do it via chat, I should be able to do it the same way I do my phone 😞

I can appreciate the frustration but if the method of payment is not working for you or has stopped working you may have no other choice but to contact support. The link below gives several aternative payment methods and might be worth reading.
