Broadband outage in gymea

Internet outage for over 8hrs this is rediculous.

we are in Sutherland Shire Gymea 

 

Is ther anyone else with this issue?

Hey @Frankos, which network is this in relation to? (HFC, ADSL, NBN) I can check for fault tickets on my end and provide more information.

 

Does an outage show when you search your address in the "fixed outages" tab on our website here? If so, please follow the link to report your fault and get automatic updates via SMS as we investigate.
