Broadband internet connection not working

Started two days ago. Phone works but Internet not working. Green lights on modem. I have reset everything and checked for outagez

@Narrly What type of internet connection do you have?  If you are connected to the NBN all NBN  connections are fixed outages and it is best just to enter your postcode.
