Broadband disconnection

Hi, I'd like to disconnect my broadband and keep getting transferred and put on hold. Can this be actioned immediately please? Who can I email for a record?

Not here anyway (this is a public forum). You'll need to stick it out on the phone or live chat or Optus Facebook until you get someone who will record your request. They're possibly trying to get you through to the retentions department (so you can be offered a better deal) but you can just be insistent with whoever you get and ask them to not the end of service and not transfer you elsewhere. Best bet IMO is LIVECHAT online where you can have a record of the conversation and date etc.
