Broadband dead since yesterday and not a human to talk to
My home broadband is dead since yesterday, I have been trying to get to floptus help centre and have tried calling numerous 1300 and 800 numbers but everytime I am put through to a stupid machine that runs some tests and then tells me there is something wrong and they can't do anything else.
How hard is it to talk to an actual human being? Why does floptus help suck so much? This is probably the last time I am writing here. Thinking seriously about switching to a different provider. Good bye floptus.
