When I signed up for my NBN and home phone in December 2019 I was told first 3 months no charge and first bill will be April 2020. This week I have a bill for March. Whats going on? Was I lied to by Optus?
Maybe a miscommunication/misunderstanding that the first bill would be due in April idlewilde3 since it has been 3 months since December 2019?
What date did you connect in Decemeber?
