hi, does anyone know if there is a number i can call to eventually get hold of someone. I have called 133 937, 1300 300 427, 131 344 with no luck. After using about 2Gb of my prepaid cellular bandwidth I eventually got hold of someone on the 'online chat'. Told them that the interenet wasnt working, neither Wifi or Ethernet. The first think i was told was... to client on the link provided to do a Speed Test????????? are you serious?
