I live in Terrey Hills NSW. 33kms from Sydney CBD.

For the past 20 hrs we have been disconnected from or Cable HFC and with that the home phone.

I have called your customer support 16 times in the last 20 hours and it’s permanently closed. Despite assurances that “only those with no connection should continue as we’re prioritising those calls”. 

I am not alone our local Facebook community has countless posts over the same response.

The answer from OPTUS reported from another resident who amazingly did get an email response was “we don’t have any issues  in your area”.

That’s hardly surprising as no one can contact you.

So, all the other residents who have contacted you via Facebook, do they not count?

Yours totally dissatisfied again!
