Is there any thing wrong with Optus connection? My broadbadn speeds are terribly low - less than 1 MBPs upload speed. Not suitable to an environment where I am expected to work from home. Terribly disappointed. None of the support or help options are available. You keep saying you want to ensure that we are connected, but in practice is just OPPOSITE.
Not happy at all.
