My email account was blocked 3 days ago by optus. I managed to get on the live chat and talk to tech services who promised to send a temp, password within 5 hours to my wifes email account. The temp password has not been sent and it is now impossible to get back on the live chat. I am in Bali without my emails which I need. Any optus person online who can assist would be most appreciated.
