I was told several times over the phone last year 2018 that by November 2019 all my Optus bills will come under one account. Currently we have a Loop service and broadband and phone accounts. Is there an estimated date for this to occur?

Loop is a Business service, are your other accounts also business services?

if so, you're best off speaking with a Business Specialist for an update.
