My first bill is ment to be free of charge but Optus has charged the internet connection is still lagging behind the speed i was promised.

Optus sort of shoots itself in the foot with offers like that. It should be sorted (probably be a credit on your second bill) but you may have to contact them direct to get it actioned. Its not an attempt to be devious, just poor system process that seem to need chasing up rather than working as you'd expect.


Can't speak to your speeds. Are you on the NBN? What Technology FTTN? How fast a speed do you expect and what are you getting?
