Billing

I have not been issued a bill for several months. Have rung several times on this issue and the day before the Christmas holiday I got a message on my home phone which of course I never use, to say I will be cut off if I don't pay the (nonexistent) bill. Joseph Heller welcome to my world...

No surprised, Optus idea of customer support is providing an inferior produce and overcharging you for it, them hassling you for $$. There is something seriously wrong with the ethos of the company.
