Re Account <removed>: For Service.<removed>: NBN was installed at my residence on 28.02.20. As a result number 0733253114 was cancelled and I was issued a new number, <removed>. I have recently received an invoice for the cancelled number for the month of March. This is obviously in error as this number was cancelled on 28.02.2020 upon NBN being connected. Optus will not via email or in a public forum for a billing issue.

You need to contact Optus directly.
