Hi, does anyone know if there's an email address for sending billing and account complaints to?
I've now been through three separate online chat sessions (each of 1hr+ duration), all ending with my being told that all my account issues had been fixed. They have not been fixed and my bill and NBN account are now in an even worse state than they were in the first place.
Seriously, Optus, this is stupid.
We aim to resolve all enquiries within ten business days of lodging your request. These complaints are handled by our customer relations group.
