I have been told that my early termination fees is fully waived off then why I got a message from recoveriescorp

Hey @Farha, its not great to see that there is some confusion with your final invoice. We would be more than happy to take a look into this and see what's going on. If you still have a valid login, our Messenger teams are available 24/7 via the Optus App and would be more than happy to assist with your billing status. 

Should you not have a login anymore, our Customer Support teams are also available over the phone at 133 937 as well as through Facebook and Twitter where we will able to run some checks on your account and get back to you with some more information
