I had to break my ADSL contract since Optus can not provide me a proper connection, they said there will be no charge for the cancelation. Suddently I got a bill for it. Called and they said someone will fix it and call me back. Nothing as of now.
I have gone ahead and paid my mobile bill minus this ridiculous cancelation fee. Don't you dare to stop my mobile service or I will move back to Virgin or Vodafone since my 12 month sim only plan is finised now with you.
They have a bad habit of not returning calls however I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you don't get a call back in a reasonable time frame I would give them another call. Alternatively you could try speaking to accounts via the live chat link below.
