Bill Dispute, Cancelled Mobile got charged Twice for Internet



Does any one have the number to the billing enquiry team. I cancelled the mobile plan linked to my home internet and now it seems like they have decided to double the amount they charge to bill under my home internet?


I was charged $75 last month as part of an internet and home phone bundle and now they are suddenly charging me $145?


This is ludicrous since I'm on the unlimited internet and in the bill details the fee is coming up under 're-occurring charges'.


What is going on and how do I get this fixed?!

Hey there, did you recently change your rate plan for the Internet? Sounds like you might be getting prorated charges for a part month + month in advance (more info on this here).
