Our Network status page is still showing that the fault is under investigation. I haven't been able to find much info on the back-end.
Have you reported the fault via the "report your fault here" link? We'll send you an SMS with updates.
It is now Thursday and service has been down since Sunday. The only update was that it was supposed to be resolved at 4pm on Wednesday. This is unheard of...
