B818 Modem keeps disconnecting

Internet stops working once I disonnect all devices from Wifi. If I try to connect any device again then internet doesn't work. I have to restart modem to make it work again. Due to which I have to restart modem multiple times a day. Optus care is not able to resolve

Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps Optus have got you to do please?

They have told me to add APN in modem settings

I've been having the same issue since I moved here about 14 months ago. I keep calling and they say they will fix it then a week or so later same issue.

@YoYo22  Do you have any devices that connect to the B818 via a ethernet cable?  If so does an ethernet connection work after the wifi  devices are disconnected?
