I am a optus customer for 6 years jucst change house and requested for reloction of services
4 times chatted with consultants all of them offered relocation with same number
but finaly optus denied because of their fault
where I have to complain??
Is your new house in a NBN area?
IME Optus guenuinely can't port some numbers. It seems crazy but their systems just don't allow it. Perhaps look at who called your land line over the last three months and then just get a new number and tell them your new number and you're done.
You could complain but I suspect it would be alot of wasted energy.
