Apple Store *UNUSABLY* slow


I joined Optus on the weekend and have a Cable 30Mbps Unlimited package.

To date, I am effectively unable to access Apple Store. I cannot even get to my Account Settings from my iPad.

A speedtest shows my download speed between 8-20Mbps and upload no more than 1Mbps, however initiating any Apple-related traffic appears stunted, at best.

It sounds like the Apple website is having difficulties. 


However hopefully some Optus tech can check its nothing on their end.
