Anyone having ADSL or phone problems in Surrey Hills or off Box Hill exchange?
I've had no service for over two days and Optus support haven't been very usefull so far.
Sorry to hear about your ADSL internet connection issue. How is the service since posting? Were you able to speak with someone in this regards before. You can always check our Network Status here. I would suggest to try some basic troubleshooting first and see how you go. If the issue still persist then you will need to raise it with Tech Support here to investigate further. Kartik
