I having issues since a few days, I live in 13 Curzon Street, Ryde 2112. Optus has been very very slow speeds for the past few days. And almost Zero uplink speed. This is a bit frustrating.
Best not to post your address my friend. The service status page shows a few issues in your area and also shows some planned work starting tomorrow. Have you spoken to support about it?
