Super! Gald it all sorted now and yes agree totally about about webchat/transcripts/polite ect. You get get far if you're a Mr Angry Pants. Yes, totally understand getting frustrated but keep it to ones self..


Again happy it's sorted and thank heaps for checking back with an update and very sound advise.
