I'm not happy with this service I've been waiting 4 weeks for modem no reply to emails o the phone trying to get through really UN happy need to talk to someone asap

I can take a look if you like? Are you waiting on a replacement modem for you existing Optus ADSL service, or have you recently signed up to Optus broadband?

Either way, 4-weeks if far too long of a wait. If you could send us a message with your details, that'd be great.

 

I need your full name, DOB and account number. If you don't have the account number, your order number will do just fine.
