I can't add my prepaid mobile broadband to my account I have a WiFi modem and it apparently send a code to the service number but unfortunately I can't get the code and I have no idea why can someone please help me to add it to my account

Probably won't do you any good, just tried to add a prepaid modem to My Account and Amanda from Live Chat tells me it is impossible to add any prepaid service to any My Accoount record!!!
