After recent Optus billing upgrade my service number was removed from the app. I have tried to readd it but get the message that the number is not recognised. I have cleared the apps cache and deleted and reloaded the app as suggested but no joy. The app was the easier way to check usage. I can still do this by logging on to the Optus my account site but this is a pain. The site is not up to standard in it's presentation & function. Does someone from Optus have the solution? Anyone?
Hey Squibs, might sound like stating the obvious, but have you tired reinstalling the app? We've been migrating some customers over to our new system, and this has affected some customers' My Optus app. Have you been able to use the app to check your usage since?
