I have been trying to set up member services for weeks and weeks.
i finally set it up and was waiting for Optus to send a link for activation.
well guess what I received it a day or two ago and have been trying for 2 days without success.
Optus this is a simple request which you cannot deliver how can me the customer rely on a Company to perform this activation.
Once you activate you receive a message saying "unsuccessful"
Really Optus get your system working otherwise how are we going to trust your company to change our service over to NBN.
Optus get the activation system going, as I am getting fed up.
