Im moving from Telstra 50MB to Optus 100MB, I have received my Modem and connected it , it is working as they said that the activation date will be 30 of may which is today, but the speed I get is 40MB, So it seems my plan is not activated?!
I paid extra 30$ to get the 100MB ((will reach 80 to 85 by far) , So how can I check if my service is activated.
I already logged onto my account on Optus (I have an old one as I was Optus customer), I can't link any service, as when I press "connect new service to the login account" nothing happens!
So how can I check if my service is activated.
