Accounts

I have two prepaid mobiles and a bundle with Optus.  Bundle consists of home phone, internet, Fetch TV with entertainment package.  On my member account, there is only one mobile phone listed.  I would like both mobiles plus the bundle to be shown on the one account.  Can't find anything relation to other mobile and bundle.

We might need to go in and link the service from the back. 

 

I'd really suggest our Live Chat team for this one. 

 

  1. -Select personal
  2. Select home phone, NBN & Broadband
  3. Select General and billing

 

Advise them that you'd like to link your existing broadband services to the same My Account profile that the mobile service is linked to.
