So I can't ask a simple question about my account because my wifes names first on the list. Been stuffed around for 3 days already. But yet today I get a text to upgrade my services is this company run by idiots?

Hey Danny, if you can shed some light on your enquiry, we'll try assist from our end. Feel free to shoot through a private message with the account details - full name, date of birth and account number, so we can take a look into this and provide more insight. If the account is under your wife's name, you'll also need to included the 4 digit PIN on the account. Thanks
