Account Says I'm A Business When I'm A Resident.

Hello again.

 

In addition, to my last question, I've noticed that my account says I'm a business customer when I'm not. Can that be changed? Your system also doesn't seem to recognise my home address.

Account Page Says Home Phone Is My Office Phone.

Hi, 

My account page says that my home phone is my office phone. Strange given I don't have an office phone and the number in question is my home phone number.

Thanks. I've since spoken to Optus customer service and they're in the process of fixing the problem... hopefully.
