ADSL won’t work and Optus won’t pick up or support
Recently relocated went through everything with Optus changed numbers. Internet won’t come through modem. DSL light flickers but not wifi or internet. Only get a robot when talking to Optus who says it runs test makes me restart and dosent Work and then dosent give me the option to speak to someone after that. Tried going through chat support and once again it said that they were all busy and I had to come here. Very angry. This is not Service I just want my internet to work. You pay for service both customer and product services. Not getting either but seem to still be paying.
